WHY DO I STOP SHAMPOOING MY HAIR

I have a love -hate relationship with my hair. They are always slight wavy, thick, heavy and coarse. Either I have to go for professional hair straightening treatment or blow dry them. On a bad hair day, I will bundled them up in a bun. The fact is, I will never have those beautiful flippable hair or smooth sexy hair that guys would love to touch.
As if that is not bad enough, my hair started to turn grey when I was 7 years old. No typo here, SEVEN YEARS OLD! So sad.

That's the main reason I have to color my hair. Never see my hair real color since I was in high school.

Tried plenty of different hair products like shampoo and all, it's all the same thing over and over again. My hair was so coarse that I couldn't run my fingers through them when they are wet.
Since ordinary shampoo don't work for me , I might as well go No-Poo. No more shampooing for me. For more than a month, my scalp and hair feel much better now. I don't feel the tightness and itchiness after each wash. Combined with my own formulation of argan oil hair serum, I can finally run my fingers through my hair now!

Only one simple ingredient, rye flour. It is really good. Rye flour is loaded with vitamins , proteins and minerals. One powerful ingredient there, panthothenic acid that increase strength, shine and health of your hair helping to restructure dry and damaged hair, boost shine and improve manageability. Rye flour is naturally perfectly PH balanced so it won't dries out or strips your scalp's natural oil. That's why I don't feel those itchiness anymore.

What I did was to add water to the flour and start rubbing them on the scalp area. Just the scalp area will do as the mixture will eventually starts flowing to the hair as you rinse them. Make sure sure you rinse them really well or you'll get those tiny bits of husks in your hair but no worries. You can always shake them off after your hair dries. Follow with conditioner after washing. My hair didn't turn into commercial worthy mane after using rye flour but it has become more manageable now.

It's economical and good. Most organic shops in Kuala Lumpur sell them. Give it a try and please share your experience with me.

Peekaboo ! 29092015

I think the biggest misconception about me is people really don't know who I really am. They see the party side of me, they see the crazy side of me. But I also have a laid-back side. You know, I'm chill, down to earth. If you want to grab a cup of coffee and just talk about life, I can do that.

My Crazy Theory

I have this crazy theory while I was in Acropolis looking at those architectural masterpieces of the golden age. What if our entire life is a lie? What if it's a conspiracy theory? Our time isn't even the actual modern time. What if there was some civilization way back in time that was way advanced than us now? What if that whole civilization was suddenly wiped out like Pompeii?

The Beauty Of Santorini 20042015

The first thing that comes to mind when someone mentions Greece is Santorini. This beautiful island rests in the middle of the indigo Aegean sea. The image of snow white building against the deep blue sea has captured many hearts around the world including me.

I have nothing much to elaborate for now, just enjoy the view.

Immerse Yourself In The Deep Blue Of Mykonos

Waking up at 4am for the ferry boat to Mykonos. Thank goodness for the smooth sailing journey. It is indeed a very beautiful place with the blue sea and blue sky with all those whiter than white buildings. Can't see any clouds here.
The 'Ibiza of Greece' came alive during the evening as its famous for its nightlife. I was told that it's a famous spot for the gays. But I just can't comprehend it, why people have to go certain places to be accepted for who they are? Is it because they are too afraid to admit what they are that made the society bolder in spitting unsavory comments and judging them? Come on! Move forward whether you are a gay, punk or whatever. Just be yourself...

Selfish or selfless? 14042015

Every single journey into the different corner of the world has become a lesson in life. Words can't explain it.
Grew up learning about the greek myths and legends, I was totally fascinated by the stories of their God and goddess, Titans and all. It's a dream comes true for me to be finally coming to Greece. It's a complicated feeling actually. I felt overwhelmed by the great history and yet it had reminded me again that nothing is forever.
Visiting one of the legendary UNESCO World Heritage site, Kalambaka( Meteora). Originally lived in by 11th-century hermits, the monasteries later became safe havens for monks fleeing bloodshed when the Roman Empire began to fall.
It can be said that there are two types of people. One that is called to selflessly serve the higher calling, another is to selfishly serve their own selves while claiming otherwise. Just like some well known figures that we know so well.

You Don't Decide For Me 15042015

When ancient Greeks and Romans had to make decisions, they consulted the gods—by drawing lots, casting dice, interpreting dreams and analyzing such signs as sneezes, thunderbolts and flying birds. But for matters of the utmost importance, they sought to hear the words of the gods in the mouths of oracles, the Pythia.

Things don't change much........

We got so used to contemplating over some decisions in life, both minor and major ones. Then we started to go back and forth with it, asking for opinions and such. Time was wasted doing all these when we in fact had decided it. We were just lack of faith in ourselves. That's a very sorry fact to mention but it's the truth. Why do we always need another person other than ourselves to validate our opinion? We decide things for ourselves not others. You can't decide for me! You don't have that authority over me! I wear what I want, I eat what I want, I go where I want and I can color my hair with colors of the rainbow when I feel like it and that's my decision.
