My little darling Elise napping in her new favourite spot. I told her to lie down there for a picture and now she refused to leave. She'll lie down alternately on the cool tiles whenever the sheepskin gets too warm for her.

The Grief

I read the message 3 times to make sure that I get it right. I'm still trying to digest the news and I still can't accept it.

Though it did not happen to me, it happened to someone close to me. We both are dog owners and we love our dogs to bits. Their antics never fail to put a smile on our faces. We became alive when we talked about them.

Even though I know that they leave me someday but I can't control it but to cry at the thought of it. It was such a horrible feeling.

I don't know what else can I say to make my friend feel better because I have no idea if there's any words that can make me help me feel better when that unavoidable event unfold onto me someday.

A Pet's Unconditional Love

The unconditional love of a pet stands out as being some of the most affectionate love there is.

Two words get Chuck so excited, that he leaps out of the back of a parked SUV as if on command: "Daddy's home." He then jumps all over the soldier, licking him and yelping with happiness. The soldier cannot even get a good grip on Chuck, because he is so happy and jumping and showing how much he missed his owner.

This is why dog will always be man's best friend.

I Prefer Her Companion Anytime

Most the time I would rather stay home and play with Elise. Is it possible that I love my pet too much? I find it safer, easier and more emotionally fulfilling to focus on Elise, who is never demanding or critical, and would never leave me feeling rejected, abandoned or even betray me.

Another image shows one little piggy who's clearly been to market - posing with a pile of shopping bags.

The adorable images were taken by photographer Bob Elsdale and creative director, Holly Brown - whose company, Wildside, dedicates itself to photographing and caring for young animals.

‘They become so used to human contact that having their photo becomes a game to them - all the pigs we've had have loved playing up to the camera.
He added that the pigs tend to be divas who love having their picture taken and that they never make the pigs pose if they're not happy and enjoying it.

While they're often happy to play with the props it can take hours to get exactly the right pose, he said.

What's next?

Dogs in oversea have much better lives than their counterpart here. They can stay with their owners anywhere including HDB flats. Owners can bring their dogs to night market and go for rides as well.

How about dogs in Malaysia? When the rules says no pets allowed, it means only dogs are not allowed. Cats are allowed. Some idiot's definition of no pets allowed. Cats are not consider pets? Only idiots practise double standard like that.

Look, a lot of stupid cats that jumped over to our house making lots of mess here. Why don't the owners get fined? Or why no one ever come and shoot them like what they did to those poor stray dogs?

Even worse, I saw this on Facebook. Some people is hell bound in making things miserable for the dogs owners here? We can't even bring our dogs out for ride in the privacy of our own car? Have to cage them inside the car? Imagine some Ferrari with some dog in the dog cage in it.


Poor Baby Chantelle Elise, I'm really sorry that I'm not that loaded and we are stuck in some stupid place where dogs don't have any rights or freedom. No more car rides for you.
