What's in the menu?

Ingredients for the soup:

Pork bones scalded in boiling water to remove those smell
Beetroots cubed
Variety of herbals that IDK what they called


Bloody red soup.Perfect for the Hallowen

Ingredients for Babi Ponteh:Pork belly

Garlic
Onion
Bamboo shoots
Mushrooms
Cinnamon
Fermented beans
Brown sugar
Dark soy sauce



Simmering for an hour



Stirred Fried Asparagus:

Asparagus
Chopped garlic



Sulking Elise....
